Requirements

• Bilingual and is able to conduct sessions fully in Mandarin
• Postgraduate Degree (Masters/Doctorate) in Clinical Psychology
• At least seven years of relevant work experience in the mental health field; clinical experience with adults, couples and families will be an advantage
• Preferably a member of Singapore Psychological Society
• Experience in serving both local and expatriate population; proficiency in cross-cultural setting
• Ability to work closely with a trans-disciplinary and multi-cultural team of specialists and therapists

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues across the lifespan
• Develop and implement treatment plans and therapeutic processes
• Conduct psychological evaluations and complete psychometric reports
• Monitor client progress through regular sessions
• Maintain proper case records and progress records
• Ensure services are planned and conducted within the guidelines of professional standards and ethics
