Clinical Research Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Clinical Research Coordinator, coordinating patient care and supporting clinical research studies in structural heart disease.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary meetings, manage patients enrolled instructural heart transcatheter programmes, and prepare patient summaries while providing education, counselling, and follow-up coordination. You will support pre-procedural workups, assist physicians with day-to-day patient management, liaise with medical and nursing staff, external vendors, and allied support services, and oversee programme administration and data reporting.

You will also assist Principal Investigators in implementing clinical research studies, carrying out activities such as patient screening, recruitment, informed consent, follow-up, and adverse event reporting. You will maintain accurate study documentation and site files, ensuring strict adherence to study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be offered employment on a one to two-year renewable contract.

Requirements:

• Degree in Science or Degree/Diploma in Nursing or its equivalent. Prior clinical research experience is not a prerequisite, though it will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in English and business writing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; and comfortable in interacting with patients
• Meticulous, a good team player, independent and self-motivated
