Job Scope:

• Manage projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate project timelines, documentation, and client communications
• Monitor inventory, project progress, and financial milestones
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Support audits, SOP updates, KPI reporting, and process improvements
• Mentor junior project team members when required

Requirements:

• Experience in project management or project coordination
• Strong planning, documentation, and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical supply, or healthcare environment is an advantage
