Job Summary

You will lead efforts to enhance patient safety and care quality while supervising and guiding junior doctors and healthcare professionals in clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical teams to deliver safe and high-quality patient care, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors and healthcare professionals to foster clinical competence and professional growth
• Maintain active clinical practice to provide expert medical care and stay current with medical advancements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and clinical processes

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a Basic Medical Degree and Postgraduate qualifications registrable with the Singapore Medical Council
• Possess Specialist Registration with the Singapore Medical Council accredited by the Ministry of Health Specialist Accreditation Board
• Completed specialist training accredited by the Specialist Accreditation Board with at least 2 years of relevant specialist experience
