Role and responsibilties

• Work closely with medical doctors to support consultations for skin concerns.
• Explain treatment options, procedures, and products clearly and responsibly to clients. 
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high customer retention.
• Support appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and customer communications via phone and digital platforms.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organised clinic environment.
• Coordinate with internal teams on customer care and clinic operations.
• Assist with administrative duties related to customer management and clinic workflow.

Requirements

• Certification in aesthetics, skincare, beauty therapy, or a related field is an advantage.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Keen interest in skincare, aesthetic treatments, and the science behind products, procedures, and equipment.
• A positive team player with a proactive attitude.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
• Able to work retail hours
