Contract Assistant Manager, Grants & Innovation ($5000) #HJO

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the administration and implementation of healthcare grants and innovation programmes.
• Coordinate grant application cycles, including preparation of documentation, stakeholder communications, and application tracking.
• Organise grant review panels, committee meetings, and provide secretariat support, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
• Monitor funded projects, track project milestones, budget utilisation, and grant deliverables.
• Liaise with internal departments, healthcare institutions, funding agencies, and external partners on grant-related matters.
• Support the planning and execution of workshops, seminars, knowledge-sharing events, and award programmes.
• Assist in stakeholder engagement and support the transition of innovation projects towards implementation and adoption.
• Perform other administrative and project-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in grants administration, project management, research administration, or healthcare operations is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
