Demand & Production Planning Executive (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning(S&OP) process to align customer demand with production capacity and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain 12-month rolling demand forecasts by SKU using sales projections and promotional plans.
• Plan production capacity and resource utilization to optimize workflow, prevent bottlenecks, and maximize operational efficiency.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels while coordinating closely with procurement and production teams.
• Communicate production plans, inventory status, and delivery schedules with sales and other key stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, production planning, or supply chain operations using SAP ERP in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Production Planning(PP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Master Production Scheduling (MPS),production order management, and master data management (BOM, routings, work centers, and production versions).
• Experience in FMCG or consumer goods manufacturing environments is preferred.
