DENTAL ASSISTANT

Roles & Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Be welcoming to patients and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for.
• Patient Support: Answer questions, handle concerns, and create a positive experience.
• Professionalism: Maintain a neat appearance and represent the clinic positively.
• Confidentiality: Handle patient records and clinic documents with care and discretion.
• Ad Hoc Front Desk Duties: Manage appointments, phone calls, and financial tracking. Keep the clinic tidy and inviting.
• Clinic Support: Assist dentists during procedures and ensure supplies are stocked. Prepare treatment room and instruments required for dental procedures. Chair-side assisting during treatment procedures.
• Communication: Interact professionally with patients, staff, and external partners.
• Compliance: Follow company policies and support day-to-day clinic operations.

Working hours

Locations: Toa Payoh / Owen

5 days per week as rostered

closed on Public Holidays

Requirements

Singaporean/Permanent Resident/Work Permit
