Dental Assistant cum Receptionist

Dentalis is a boutique dental clinic at 52 Craig Rd, Tanjong Pagar CBD. We serve a discerning patient base — professionals, expats, and families who choose us for clinical rigour, calm, and consistency.

We're looking for a Dental Assistant cum Receptionist who takes pride in the details, works well in a small team, and wants to grow their clinical and patient-care skills in a premium environment.

This is a dual-role position: chairside assisting and front desk operations. If you're organised, composed under pressure, and genuinely interested in building a career in dental healthcare, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Chairside (Clinical)

• Assist dentist during general, restorative, and cosmetic procedures
• Anticipate clinical needs; prepare instruments, materials, and trays
• Sterilise and maintain instruments in accordance with infection control protocols
• Perform dental X-rays (training provided)
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked, and clinic-ready at all times

Front Desk

• Register patients, manage appointments, and handle inbound calls and WhatsApp enquiries
• Process billing, CHAS, MediSave, and insurance claims
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinate patient flow and ensure a smooth, professional clinic experience
• Housekeeping

Requirements

• Singaporean / PR
• Minimum N Levels, ITE certification, or GCE 'O' Level
• NITEC in Dental Assisting or Nursing a plus; candidates without experience welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a clinical setting
• Basic computer literacy

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
• No night shifts. No Sunday work.

Salary & Benefits

• $2,000 – $3,500 per month, commensurate with experience
