Dental Clinic Receptionist (North East) #HJO

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up arrangements
• Handle phone calls, enquiries, and email correspondence promptly
• Coordinate patient appointments and ensure smooth clinic operations
• Process billing, payment collection, and insurance claims where applicable
• Maintain accurate patient records and update clinic management systems
• Assist in managing clinic inventory, stationery, and administrative supplies
• Liaise with dentists, dental assistants, and external vendors to support daily operations
• Ensure the reception and waiting area are well-maintained and presentable
• Provide administrative support and perform other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N/O Levels, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Customer-oriented, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, meticulous, and a strong team player
