Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the dental practice
• Manage scheduling, patient flow, and front-desk operations to maximize efficiency
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate administrative and clinical support staff
• Monitor and manage practice finances, including billing, insurance claims, accounts receivable/payable, and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, OSHA/infection control standards, and dental board requirements
• Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff on inventory, equipment maintenance, and supply ordering
• Implement and improve office policies, procedures, and workflows
