Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA) – Experienced

Already have chairside experience? Bring it to a practice that values work-life balance. Join our established dental group on a genuine 5-day week — no night clinics, every public holiday off. 

Work schedule: rotating 5-day work week with at least one weekend day; day shifts 8:30am–6:15pm; no night clinics; closed on public holidays. 

What you’ll do 

• Provide four-handed chairside assistance across a range of treatments 

• Prepare rooms, instruments and materials efficiently between patients 

• Maintain strict sterilisation and infection-control standards 

• Manage stock, inventory and ordering 
  

What we’re looking for 

• Prior dental-clinic experience (about 3-6 months or more) or relevant certification 

• Strong attention to detail and chairside anticipation 

• Comfortable with the physical demands of clinical work 

• Able to work a rotating roster including one weekend day
