Director of Nursing (NEW!) #HYN

Job Role:

• The Director of Nursing shapes the overall strategic direction of nursing in alignment with organisational vision; and is responsible for leading and managing the nursing and support care workforce to meet areas of service needs.
• Overseeing the performance of care practices and departmental key performance indicators; the Director of Nursing leads a culture of continuous improvement in care quality, productivity and innovation.
• Leading the development and education of the workforce, S/He enable nurses and the support care staff to practice to the full extent of their education and training, harnessing the potential of every staff to perform at highest level to contribute to the overall healthcare performance.
• The Director of Nursing is responsible for the effective daily operations of the nursing home and nursing care services, and is responsible for the financial budgeting, P/L of the Group’s nursing home services in Singapore. H/She operates in a wide variety of care settings in the organisation. i.e. residential, home care and community care.

Requirement:

• Master Degree in Nursing
• State Registered Nurse with valid practicing license issued by the Singapore Nursing Board
• Valid certification in Ba sic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
• At least 6-8 years of management experience in senior leadership experience, Deputy DON/ADON
