Director, Senior Living Operations

The Head of Operation is a senior executive tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the business. He/she organizes the sales and the service delivery in all facilities and service centers. He/she is responsible to meet and exceed the sales and operating profit target. He/she leads the continuous service and quality improvement of the facilities and service centers. He/she contributes to the business development by bringing operational insights to the BD team.

1. Supervising all facilities and service centers through their general managers

2. Hiring, planning and optimizing the operational human resources. Coaching and developing the teams to ensure they are delivering against key business metrics: quality, sales and operating profit

3. Organizing know-how and best practices transfer as well as delivery of synergies across facilities

4. Looking for methods to improve user experience, quality, efficiency and productivity, reducing costs, increasing profits, and improving risk control measures

5. Providing timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company

6. Contributing to business development effort by providing insights on positioning, architectural designs and business plans

7. Contributing to yearly budgeting process by providing insights and forecasts

8. Collaborating with support function to organize operational-level HR, finance, procurement, marketing, IT and other activities

9. Collaborating with Quality team to ensure facilities and service centers’ continuous improvement 10. When relevant, being the operational interface between the company and the business owner/partner/shareholders
