Job Description

• Position Title: EHS Executive
• Working Location: Tuas (Walk distance from MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for EHS administrative activities to ensure compliance with WSH regulations and all relevant legal requirements.
• Assist in maintaining EHS systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and customer-specific requirements, including participating in internal and external audits and coordinating corrective actions with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate and communicate with regulatory bodies, external auditors, and relevant agencies on EHS-related matters.
• Compile and prepare approval paperwork, license renewal/ application documents, and other internal records.
• Support the monitoring of subcontractor safety performance, including permit-to-work systems.
• Assist in developing and conducting safety briefings, training programs, and emergency response drills for employees.
• Support other departmental responsibilities related to the company’s maintenance operations and activities.

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in the EHS field.
• Strong understanding of EHS issues, with solid working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., WSH Coordinator or Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health) are an advantage.
• Familiar with Risk Assessment processes.
• Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
