EHS Expert

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the implementation and overall management of EHS work for data centers in the Asia Pacific Region 1 (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, etc.).

2. Lead real-time response, coordination, and resolution of EHS incidents in data centers, ensuring efficient communication with internal teams, emergency services, and stakeholders to minimize operational disruption and ensure personnel and infrastructure safety.

3. Conduct comprehensive EHS risk assessments for data center facilities, identify critical hazards, develop risk control improvement plans, and drive systematic enhancements to the EHS management system.

4. Design, create, and improve EHS process documentation to strengthen the robustness and compliance of the data center EHS management system.

5. Establish cross-functional collaboration mechanisms to integrate EHS requirements into daily operations, fostering a safety culture at all organizational levels through targeted training, safety communications, and feedback mechanisms, ensuring standardized execution.

Competency Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of relevant experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS).

2. Comprehensive knowledge of international EHS regulations, standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 45001, local safety laws and regulations).

3. Practical experience in emergency response to EHS incidents.

4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, proactivity, sense of responsibility, and strong team spirit.

5. Language requirements: English (mandatory), Chinese (preferred).

Key Performance Indicators:

1. Establish and implement a new EHS management system tailored to actual data center environments, ensuring on-site operations follow standardized procedures.

2. Coordinate with local teams to respond to and handle on-site EHS alerts and incidents.

3. Ensure on-site safety and stability, preventing EHS incidents.
