Eldercare Class 3 – BDVL Driver

🚐 Join Our Team –Eldercare & Medical Transport Driver (Island wide Locations)

We’re looking for compassionate and responsible individuals to join our team as Eldercare & Medical Transport Drivers.

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Safely transport elderly clients between their homes and care centres
• Operate both solo Eldercare Van services and 2-person Medical Transport teams
• Assist frail elderly passengers when boarding and alighting vehicles
• Secure wheelchairs using vehicle locking systems (requires bending/kneeling)
• Ensure all passengers are properly strapped in with safety belts
• Operate auto-lifters for wheelchair access
• Plan efficient daily routes for client pick-ups and drop-offs
• Adhere strictly to traffic rules and speed limits

🎓 Training & Development

• Sponsored certification in First Aid
• Sponsored Defensive Driving Course

✅ Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or Workplace Literacy & Numeracy Level 4
• Valid Class 3 Driving License (min 3 years driving experience)
• BDVL Vocational Licence is required
• Defensive Driving certification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Caring personality with a passion for helping others
• Physically able to assist elderly passengers (including bending/kneeling)

🕒 Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Eldercare Driver role)
