Emergency Medical Technician(EMT)-Immediate Vacancy

Job Summary

Provide emergency medical care and support to patients while ensuring ambulance equipment is maintained and ready for use.

Responsibilities

• Deliver emergency medical care to patients to stabilize their condition during transport
• Operate and maintain ambulance equipment to ensure it functions properly and safely
• Collaborate with team members to respond promptly to emergency calls and provide patient care
• Document patient information and treatment accurately for handover to medical facilities
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe ambulance environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification
• Hold valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to start work immediately

Other Information

• Weekend duties: Two per month with additional $100 per duty
• Public Holiday duty: $100 per duty
• Overtime pay: $20 per hour
• Working Days: Monday-Friday
• Two Weekend Duties
• Salary range: $2,400 - $2,800 plus incentives and bonus
