Executive, Infrastructure & Sustainability

THIS IS A 2-YEARS RENEWABLE / CONVERTIBLE CONTRACT ROLE.

DCS is hiring an executive and a manager to be part of the team responsible for management of the Infrastructure and its Sustainability Performance.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, development and maintenance activities of the group’s Infrastructure, facilities and exhibits in accordance with the guidelines and regulation.
• Procurement, Budgeting, Contracts, Facilities, and project management. Supports Training, Operations, Audits, and business continuity management.
• Assist in tracking and analysis of project & operations data, such as utilities and equipment performance, in support of sustainability initiatives.
• Support exploration and implementation of projects related to digitization of SMART and Green FM.

Requirements:

• Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Real estate, Facilities management or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with the correct attitude and aptitude will be considered
• Experience with Building Management / Energy Management System
• Competent in MS Office applications
• Attended and Certified in one or two of the following area:
• Green Mark Associate
• Sustainability Course
• Project Management
• Workplace/ fire Safety Management
• Analytical with good communication and problem-solving skills
