Executive (IT and Special Projects)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Manager in working closely with stakeholders in business process review and documentation to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, to ensure that IT policies, regulatory and compliance requirements are met
• Provide IT support and maintenance of quality initiatives via appropriate tools. Maintenance and execution of periodic quality audit plans across the Home
• Install, monitor and maintain the Home’s IT hardware, software, systems and networks
• Ensure registration and licensing compliance for the Home’s IT system, electrical safety of equipment and use of licensed and compatible parts and consumables
• Assist in all aspects of new system implementation, including but not limited to gathering of user’s requirements, change management, users’ training, data preparation, migration and post-implementation system support and reviews
• Respond to breakdowns, investigate, diagnose, and analyse hardware, software and network faults and resolve technical and applications problems
• Monitor and report on any unauthorised use or access to the computer or network

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Computer Science or other related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
