Executive – KAM

•

Directly responsible for promoting the organization’s products and services to gatekeeper audiences and other healthcare professionals in the medical field.

•

Build and maintain strong stakeholder rapport to ensure client referrals

•

Directly responsible for delivering enquiry-generation leads targets from assigned territories

•

Directly responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hospital administrators from assigned territories

•

Directly responsible for increasing market share in assigned territories

•

Handle new product distribution through establishment of existing and new channels.

•

Project management of maternity hospital- related events

•

Regular reporting on competitor’s activities

•

Timely submission of weekly / monthly reports and time sheets

•

Participate in training of new colleagues on products/services basic knowledge

•

Participate in public events representing Cordlife as a speaker in promoting products/services if needed

•

Directly responsible in handling operational matters for sub-team consists of the Client Relation officers.

•

Any other duties that may be assigned by the Manager, KAM from time to time
