Experienced Dental Assistant

We’re seeking a friendly and professional experienced Dental Assistant to join us at Bedok! Manage appointment scheduling, phone calls, patient registration, and payment processing. Maintain accurate financial tracking and keep the reception area tidy and welcoming. Candidates should be familiar with counter duties and receptionist work. Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Be welcoming to patients and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for.
• Patient Support: Answer questions, handle concerns, and create a positive experience.
• Professionalism: Maintain a neat appearance and represent the clinic positively.
• Confidentiality: Handle patient records and clinic documents with care and discretion.
• Front Desk Duties: Manage appointments, phone calls, and financial tracking. Keep the clinic tidy and inviting.
• Clinic Support: Assist dentists during procedures and ensure supplies are stocked. Prepare the treatment room and instruments required for dental procedures. Chair-side assisting during treatment procedures.
• Communication: Interact professionally with patients, staff, and external partners.
• Compliance: Follow company policies and support day-to-day clinic operations.

Working Hours:

• 5 working days per week with 2 rest days.
• 3 days: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 2 days: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• May be required to work 2 weekends if needed.
