Farm manager

As a Farm manager, your main goal will be to ensure that farm is in top condition and daily operations go according to plan.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all staff.

Requirements:

• Preferably minimum 2-5 years of experience in farm operation.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
