Field Service Engineer

Our client Service/Product:

Support, install, and conduct scheduled maintenance of high-grade medical equipment.

The Responsibilities:

• Efficiently install medical imaging equipment
• Conduct scheduled maintenance inspections according to equipment standards
• Perform both corrective and preventive maintenance on diagnostic imaging equipment
• Generate and process work/service orders, parts orders, and administrative paperwork
• Ensure proper upkeep of company assets
• Foster positive customer relations
• Maintain accurate documentation of tasks and procedures
• Enhance troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Conduct and document FSN/FMI/FSCA reporting on designated products
• Adapt to pressure and irregular work schedules
• Collaborate effectively within a team, offering assistance to colleagues and willingly undertaking additional tasks
• Demonstrate a proactive, positive attitude, displaying self-motivation and a strong work ethic
• Establish and sustain productive internal and external relationships
• Enhance personal productivity through formal and on-the-job training in product and technical knowledge

The Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic & Biomedical Engineering, with a solid foundation in basic electrical/electronic/computer hardware/networking
• Have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in either the Medical Device Industry or Engineering
• Comfortable with working night shifts, as and when required
• Previous experience in healthcare, medical industry, or hospital settings is a plus
• Additional experience in servicing medical devices is a plus
