Head of Environment, Health and Safety - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

A leading global pharmaceutical organization is seeking an experienced EHS leader to drive environmental, health and safety excellence across a strategically important manufacturing operation site in Singapore.

Reporting to senior leadership, this role will be responsible for shaping EHS strategy, strengthening process safety capabilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a proactive safety culture across the site.

We are interested in speaking with professionals who bring:

• Significant EHS leadership experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, API, chemical or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
• Strong process safety and operational risk management expertise
• Experience leading regulatory inspections, customer audits and compliance programs
• A proven track record of building high-performing teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions
• The ability to operate effectively within a complex, fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to lead meetings and author technical documentations, and collaborate with stakeholders and lead teams in both Singapore and China.
