Healthcare Assistant Home Care (Senior Care)

• Monitor vital sign
• Assist to change bed linen and maintain personal hygiene
• Transfer, position residents in need
• Ensure holistic care for elderly health, comfort and security
• Deliver professional nursing care tailored to geriatric needs
• Plan and implement meaningful activities for geriatric
• Maintain accurate Individual Care Plans with timely updates and documentation
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Collaborate with caregivers and volunteers in elderly care best practices

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE O Level or equivalent
• Min 2 years Singapore working experience in geriatric care
• ITE Certificate in Home Care or Healthcare related certificate
• Working hours: 12 hour shift
