Responsibilities
• Provide direct leadership, supervise and guidance to housekeeping staff • Ensure high level of cleanliness, quality, and services are achieved and maintained • Deploy staff to respective area and conduct daily briefing • Conduct daily inspections to ensure assignments are carried through • Plan roster and track overtime performed by housekeepers • Enforce safety rules and regulations • Report accidents/incidents promptly • Assist in recruitment and staff training
Requirements
• Secondary School Education or closely related field • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a hospital environment, facility services industry, or commercial contracts • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment • Organizational and management skills • Able to work on weekends and shift work
