HR Operations Executive

Location: Singapore | Contract Type: 1-Year Contract

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Group Shared Services Officer to support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. You will provide HR administrative support across areas such as employee enquiries, onboarding, HR systems, benefits administration, work pass management, contract management, and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve HR-related enquiries from employees and stakeholders through the HR support platform.
• Maintain HR knowledge resources, FAQs, and employee self-service content.
• Support HR administration including background screening, reference checks, employment certificates, and documentation.
• Provide operational support across various HR functions including onboarding, HR data maintenance, learning & development, benefits, work pass management, payments, claims, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate trackers, support reporting, and participate in HR process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of HR operational experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with experience managing data.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a proactive team player.
