Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Production
• Position Title: HSSEQ Executive
• Working Location: Jurong Island (Company Transportation Provided, Islandwide)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5.45 PM
• Salary Package: Up to $4,800 + Allowances + Incentive + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to HSSEQ standards to ensure a safe workplace and meet client needs.
• Operate a safety system with preventive actions and risk management.
• Handle updates, documentation, audits, and licensing.
• Gather HSSEQ data and report monthly to Management and clients.
• Implement controls as per management system.
• Inspect terminals to ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Coordinate HSSEQ-related communication with clients.
• Perform audits, assessments, and safety follow-ups.
• Manage and resolve safety incidents and issues.
• Provide HSSEQ training and manage monthly safety meetings.
• Manage site security and collaborate with security providers.
• Maintain safety equipment with vendor collaboration.
• Conduct routine fire safety checks and drills.

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering/ Safety Health and Environment.
• Possess 2 years’ experience in similar role, with at least 1 year of working experience in Jurong Island.
• Able to work at height and climb cat ladders.
• Own a motorcycle or Class 3 driving license.
• Must be a registered FSM.
