Infection Control Nurse Clinician #HJO

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and support infection prevention and control initiatives across the organisation
• Monitor infection control practices and ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines and standards
• Conduct surveillance, audits, and investigations related to infection prevention and control
• Develop, review, and implement infection control policies, procedures, and protocols
• Provide education and training to healthcare staff on infection prevention practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient safety and reduce infection risks
• Monitor and analyse infection control data and prepare reports for management review
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Support audits, accreditation activities, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Serve as a resource person on infection control matters within the organisation
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board registration
• Relevant experience in infection control or clinical nursing environment
• Advanced certification or training in Infection Control is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of infection prevention guidelines and healthcare regulations
• Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
