Logistics / Supply Chain Executive #HFTE

We are looking for Logistics / Supply Chain Executive to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.

Job Description:

• Generate invoices and delivery orders for daily shipments.
• Coordinate with designated forwarders and couriers for deliveries.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and third-party warehouses for goods release.
• Manage inventory, storage, and transportation logistics.
• Ensure secure and punctual pickup and delivery.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries and direct clients to appropriate channels.
• Verify accuracy of customer purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Conduct bi-annual inventory audits.
• Offer customer service, coordination, and administrative/sales support.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as required.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Logistics/Shipping or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Familiar with SAP Business One
• Able to handle multiple tasks and job responsibilities and is proactive
• Able to work with minimum supervision and under tight schedule
