Manager, Strategic Partnerships

THE ROLE

This is a newly created role for a relationship builder and strategic thinker who thrives in the field — opening doors, forging partnerships, and translating CWA’s mission into tangible collaborations. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will be CWA’s primary external voice, developing partnerships across the social service, healthcare, community, and technology sectors to extend our reach and deepen our impact.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Engage Social Service Agencies and Active Ageing Centres to bring CWA’s caregiver programmes to a wider network of beneficiaries and informal caregivers across Singapore.

• Develop manpower and service partnerships with home and personal care providers, supporting their care delivery needs with CWA’s trained workforce.

• Secure community spaces — including malls and private residential developments — to establish CWA’s programme and centre presence at the neighbourhood level.

• Identify and partner with technology and digital health solution providers to enhance CWA’s home monitoring, remote care, and caregiver-facing digital capabilities.

• Drive awareness of CWA’s services and capabilities externally, representing the organisation at sector forums, community platforms, and media engagements.

• Manage a structured partnership pipeline end-to-end, from prospecting and proposals to agreements and activation, reporting progress to the Executive Director.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5 to 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or stakeholder engagement — ideally within social services, community care, or healthcare in Singapore.

• Good knowledge of Singapore’s community care landscape, including SSA structures, AIC-funded programmes, and the Active Ageing Centre network.

• A confident communicator who can engage credibly with sector leaders, healthcare professionals, corporate partners, and community stakeholders alike.

• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial streak — comfortable working independently and driving outcomes in a lean, mission-driven environment.

• Experience in technology or digital health partnerships is a definite advantage.

• A genuine passion for caregiving welfare, ageing-in-place, and building a stronger care ecosystem for Singapore’s seniors and their families.
