Marine Operations Executive/Assistant

COENS Energy is proud to partner with a leading Singapore-based maritime owner and operator who is actively expanding their shore-based operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity for local maritime professionals seeking long-term stability, broad exposure across vessel compliance and vetting, and a collaborative work environment with an established industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain marine safety databases, vessel records, and regulatory compliance (IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, HSEQ).

- Support coordination and tracking for third-party, terminal, and internal vessel inspections.

- Archive voyage records, technical circulars, and manage department invoices/expenses.

- Coordinate travel/vessel attendance and track operational incidents and performance KPIs.

Requirements.

• Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Business, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in marine operations or vessel compliance support (relevant maritime graduates are welcome to apply).

• Familiarity with Singapore port clearance systems (MPA, Marinet, ICA) is an advantage.

• Willingness to board vessels in port occasionally as required.
