Job scope
1. Retail Marketing Support
• Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across all retail and clinic locations.
• Coordinate marketing requests from operations and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent brand presentation and customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure marketing materials are properly displayed and maintained.
• Support new outlet openings, relocations, and renovation marketing requirements.
2. Marketing Collaterals & Brand Materials
• Coordinate the development, production, and distribution of marketing materials.
• Manage point-of-sale materials, promotional displays, digital screens, brochures, flyers, banners, and signage.
• Work closely with vendors and printers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain brand consistency and accuracy across all marketing assets.
3. Promotions & Campaign Execution
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, festive promotions, product launches, and service-specific campaigns.
• Ensure promotional materials, mechanics, and communications are implemented accurately and on schedule.
• Track campaign performance and compile post-campaign reports and insights.
• Liaise with operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
4. Events & Community Engagement
• Plan and coordinate roadshows, exhibitions, workshops, health talks, and community outreach activities.
• Manage event logistics including venue setup, vendor coordination, manpower arrangements, and event materials.
• Support event registration, lead collection, and attendee engagement activities.
• Ensure successful execution of events within budget and timeline.
• Prepare post-event performance reports and recommendations.
5. Vendor & Project Management
• Source and liaise with external vendors, suppliers, event agencies, and production partners.
• Obtain quotations, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective execution of projects.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Handle administrative tasks including purchase requests, invoices, and vendor documentation.
7. Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Track and monitor marketing campaign and event performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities and results.
• Analyze customer engagement, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on campaign outcomes
