Job Responsibilities

✅ Assist customers with TCM products and health-related enquiries

✅ Manage daily retail operations and inventory

✅ Maintain store cleanliness and product display

✅ Provide excellent customer service and sales support

Requirements

✅ Experience in medical hall, TCM retail, pharmacy, or healthcare industry preferred

✅ Knowledge of Chinese patent medicines is an advantage

✅ Good communication and customer service skills

✅ Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented
