Medical Science Liaison

Lucence is a precision oncology company committed to bringing clarity to cancer care. Lucence makes ultrasensitive non-invasive liquid biopsy tests to provide doctors and their patients life-changing information to enable earlier detection and effective treatment. Headquartered in Palo Alto and Singapore, Lucence supplies personalized cancer care services through twin CLIA-licensed laboratories in the United States and Singapore.

We are looking for a knowledgeable, articulate and self-driven individual who identifies with our mission to fight cancer and wants to grow with the company as a Medical Science Liaison.

Key responsibilities:

· Creating and conducting scientific and/or clinical presentations on Lucence’s tests to our partners and customers with strong articulation of the medical and scientific value of our tests.

· Identifying, establishing, and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders.

· Providing scientific and clinical expertise to educate and advise internal and external stakeholders.

· Keeping abreast of scientific and clinical developments in liquid biopsy and providing insight into market trends.

· Working collaboratively with the sales & marketing teams to implement effective outreach strategies.

· Ensuring that all scientific-medical communications are fair and balanced, based on appropriate scientific evidence, and compliant with local regulatory norms and internal compliance rules.

To be a good fit for this role, you would have:

· A relevant scientific/healthcare degree (e.g. MD, PharmD, PhD, MSc).

· At least 1 year of relevant experience in field medical affairs.

· Excellent grasp of English with outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

· Working knowledge of molecular biology and clinical oncology.

· A keen interest in being proactive and finding ways for stakeholders to understand the value of Lucence’s tests.

· Exceptional attention to detail.
