Job Description - Medical Social Worker (REF:RT)

Planning, coordinating and implementing programmes to help clients and their families.
Interview and assess clients.
Engaging and making referrals to other agencies and services.
Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
Participating in training, supervision, and meetings.
Assisting clients in receiving services by telephone and in person.

Job Requirements:

Min. Diploma in Social Work and above.
Relevant experience will be an added advantage.
