We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Radiographer with MRI experience to join our growing diagnostic imaging team. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of diagnostic imaging examinations, with a strong focus on MRI, while also supporting other modalities such as ultrasound where required.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images by adhering to established imaging protocols and best clinical practices.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the examination process, addressing concerns, and ensuring a safe, comfortable, and positive patient experience.
• Operate MRI and other imaging equipment in accordance with departmental protocols and safety regulations.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic quality assurance checks to maintain optimal performance and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and clinical governance.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Current registration with the relevant professional regulatory body.
• Demonstrated experience and competency in MRI is preferred.
• Experience in additional imaging modalities, including ultrasound, will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of MRI safety principles, imaging protocols, and patient care standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centred approach.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
