Nurse Clinician (ICU) [GC]

• Lead and oversee clinical nursing practices in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), including assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care standards
• Utilise evidence-based nursing practices and manage clinical resources effectively to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Assistant Director of Nursing
• Offer clinical leadership, mentorship, and supervision to nursing staff within the department
• Ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and cost-effective patient care in compliance with established

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing with an Advanced Nursing Diploma in Intensive Care Nursing or equivalent qualification

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Min 6 years of relevant experience in a hospital clinical setting preferred
