As a Nurse Clinician (Infection Control), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive, system-wide infection control program across the settings.

• Educate healthcare staff on infection control protocols, policies, and best practices.

• Design and implement patient education strategies on current infectious disease issues.

• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on infection control practices.

• Monitor infection patterns, prevalence, and trends through ongoing surveillance.

• Analyse and evaluate infection control data to implement appropriate preventive measures.

• Support compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards through effective infection prevention and control initiatives.

• Promote teamwork and collaboration to strengthen infection control practices within primary care settings.

• Any other ad doc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a min in Degree in Nursing and a valid full registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
