Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, service excellence and innovation in care models.

• Oversee and manage the daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Conduct regular assessments, care planning and reviews to ensure clients’ needs are met appropriately.

• Maintain high nursing standards and optimize clinical workflows to ensure consistent service excellence.

• Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare teams to support integrated care and achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
