Nurse Manager (Renal)

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager (Renal Dialysis) to lead our dialysis centre and drive excellence in clinical care, operational efficiency, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

As the Nurse Manager, you will:

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the dialysis centre.

• Ensure the delivery of safe, compassionate, holistic, and high-quality haemodialysis care.

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, particularly in managing complex dialysis cases.

• Maintain high standards of infection prevention and patient confidentiality.

• Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff through coaching, training, and performance management.

• Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

• Develop and implement clinical guidelines, quality improvement initiatives, and best practices.

• Support accreditation, quality assurance, and continuous service improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board.

• Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board practising licence.

• Certification in Renal Nursing (or equivalent).

• Minimum 2 years of dialysis nursing experience in managerial role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Passion for mentoring and developing nursing professionals.

• Commitment to delivering patient-centred, safe, and quality healthcare.
