Nurse Manager / Senior (Labour & Delivery)

Responsibilities

• Lead the Labour & Delivery unit by setting departmental goals and ensuring high standards of nursing care.

• Oversee staff induction, competency assessments, training, and career development for the nursing team.

• Monitor and improve patient care quality through nursing evaluations, incident reviews, and implementation of corrective actions.

• Manage manpower planning, duty rosters, and departmental budgets to ensure efficient operations.

Skills / Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Post Basic qualification in Midwifery preferred.

• Registered Midwifery with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar leadership role within a Labour & Delivery department.

• Strong leadership, communication, staff management, and operational planning skills.
