Occupational Therapist

You will assess, plan, and deliver personalized interventions that empower clients to perform daily activities, work tasks, and leisure pursuits with confidence and dignity.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Assessment & Intervention: Conduct functional, cognitive, and perceptual assessments to identify needs. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to restore and enhance independence in self-care, daily living, work, and leisure activities
• Rehabilitation & Assistive Solutions: Facilitate work rehabilitation programs, prescribe and train clients in assistive technologies and adaptive devices, and apply ergonomic principles to optimize occupational performance.
• Education & Caregiver Support: Provide education and practical training for family members and caregivers to ensure continuity of care and effective support strategies.
• Quality Improvement & Mentorship: Contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives and participate in research or innovation projects. Mentor trainees and students to foster professional growth and clinical excellence.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy recognised by AHPC
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Demonstrates sound clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and professional judgment in care delivery.
