Occupational Therapist (Community Integration Service)

Job Description:

• Assess and identify the individual needs of clients and formulate, develop and implement appropriate individualized therapy programs;
• Liaise with various disciplines involved in the rehabilitative treatment process;
• Work independently and provide intervention sessions at home;
• Refer clients to the respective specialists for consultation and intervention;
• Facilitate discussions with caregivers and educators in schools;
• Provide/organize group activities for clients;
• Work closely with the AHP team involved in delivering service to clients; and
• May be assigned AHPC supervisory function for senior therapist.

Job Requirement:

• Recognized Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Fully registered therapist with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore;
• Prior working experience with pediatric group is preferred;
• A team player and adaptable to work in a community-based setting.
