Job Description - Operation Supervisor

Supervise the on-site cleaning team in carrying out daily cleaning operations at the client’s premises.
Follow up on periodic schedules and client requests.
Assign duties and ad-hoc cleaning tasks to the site team.
Be hands-on in carrying out regular cleaning duties and maintaining overall cleanliness when required.
Communicate effectively with clients to address operational needs and feedback.
Identify equipment faults and report them to the client and management promptly.
Undertake any other duties or activities as assigned by management.
Able to work rotating shifts, including non-weekend off days and AM, PM, or midnight shifts, depending on the job location.
Able to use web browsers and mobile applications.
Language: Able to read and speak fluent English, and write simple English.
Working Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
