Operations/ Clinic Executive (Ref: GAS)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager in planning and coordinating daily clinic operations activities
• Utilize and manage resources to ensure efficient and effective management of the clinic
• Supervise a team of non-executive operations/ support staff
• Establish effective collaborations with other departments, clinics and service partners to support patient care delivery
• Assist in the implementation of new initiatives
• Other relevant duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Recognised degree in any discipline
• Some experience in healthcare and/ or operations work is preferred
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
