Role Overview:

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for providing specialized support and contributing to various operational management functions. Core Functions of the Operations Department

• Business Unit Management: Overseeing the smooth functioning of our clinic business units.
• Manpower Management: Ensuring effective management and deployment of human resources.

• Process Development and Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.

• Patient Management: Ensuring exceptional patient experience and care.
• Business Office Functions: Managing insurances, third-party payment methods, and reconciliation.
