POSITION

Operations Support Executive

Job Description

·          Works with Operations Manager to meet daily and quarterly goals in the GP Clinics and Specialist Clinics

·          Assist in the execution of the Clinic operational processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities for improvement or revision for all the clinics in the group

·          Works on the projects relating to the clinics in the group and provides project updates

·          Collaborates with clinic teams to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale and uphold company values

·          Provide administration support and coordination for all clinics in the group. Facilitates transitions and onboarding team as needed

·          Tracking and ensuring that SOPs are well implemental in the GP and Specialist Clinic

·          Maintain drugs list

·          Application of MOH licensing.

·          Work closely with various stakeholder such as doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, corporate affairs, facilities management to ensure smooth and efficient processes for patients and staff

·          Work with Operations Manager with planning and reporting activities

·          Take on projects assigned

·          Work with Operations Manager in monitoring and reviewing monthly workload volumes and KPIs and propose improvements in work processes if needed

·          Working with appointed service partner(s) in overseeing the daily operations and monitoring their service standards

·          Work with Operations Manager in drafting and updating policies & procedures, work instructions and proposals

·          Budgeting and resource planning for the department

Job Requirements

·           1 or 2 years of experience as operations/ Healthcare and/or Hospitality sector

·           Proactive, independent and able to work in fast paced and results driven environment

·           Good with work with people, organized with good written and communication skills

·           Highly initiative with strong problem-solving skills

·           Must know Clinic Assist (clinic software)

·           A team player with practitioner collaboration skills

·           Good communications skills

·           Able to multi-task, and manage time effectively
