Job Description & Requirements: A project management manager at an eye clinic

oversees operational workflows, clinical trials, and technology implementations.

streamline patient care, coordinate AI and research projects, manage budgets, and bridge the gap

between clinical staff and technical teams.

Assisist Medical Director/Ophtalmologist ( data collection for surgery/implants /supply ordering.

Degree in Optometry 

Experience: Preferred ( 5 yrs up)

Working Days: 5.5

Monday- Friday 9am-6pm

Saturday 9-1pm ( May require to work over time)

Salary: $5500-$7500 (commensurate experience)

Location : Orchard

Specific duties & responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring the clinic delivers excellent service to each patient.

• Oversees and coordinates all aspects of daily clinic operations.

• Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, disciplining, and developing Patient Service Coordinators, Medical Office Coordinators, Records staff, other service personnel.

• Create New Business avenue (Expansion, Innovation)

• Licencing and Registration

• Procurement of Innovative Machines, Equipment, Treatment Protocols, and troubleshooting

• Coordinates with the Ophthalmologist and Optometry Team to identify opportunities for improvement of work in its efficiency and productivity within the budgetary measure.

High-level Clinical Ophthalmic knowledge and medical terminologies.

• Clinical Ophthalmic Technical experience preferred.

• Knowledge of refractive error interventions and medical terminology.

• Expertise in customization of lens implant, (calculations, data analysis, and ordering)

• Manage lens implant technical data, procurement, and patient care audit results to enable continual improvement in surgical standards.
